Angry Melanchthon is entertaining! The chief concern seems to be the balance between interpretation and literal readings of scripture. Still an important topic, especially as we hear how Jesus interpreted scripture for the two disciples on the way to Emmaus.

Woo! A semi-fixed set of readings! Easter 2 is always Doubting Thomas Sunday, regardless of cycle. Although the rest of the readings do change, so that gives us a chance to let scripture interpret scripture in different ways each time.
