Melanchthon has a nice line about repentance in Apology to the Augsburg Confession, Article 12, that felt memeable to me. The image of an anchor reminds us that Christ is the anchor of our faith. I think it pairs well with the quote. The window is part of the Julius and Friedrich Windisch window at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Sandusky, Ohio.
